Warning, may need your magnifier of choice. The first two shots were taken while we were parked on a bridge where we always look for a Blue Heron who once hung out in this spot.

ReplyDeleteCH, the Husband, is a fan of Red-winged Blackbirds. The Indigo Bunting, is there a prettier blue? Our Goldfinches have deserted us!

ReplyDeleteThe first time I ever saw Indigo Buntings I couldn't believe my eyes! We were in Texas and it looked like the space behind our RV had blossomed with blue flowers. It was a pretty common sighting there, but it was my first and I've never forgotten it!
ReplyDeleteI didn't need a magnifying glass for any of your pictures and I'm old (or at least my eyes are), so no need to apologize ... they aare just fine!!
Sometimes it is hard to believe just how blue the indigo buntings are...and I can never get to capture them.
