Signs, Signs, and More Signs

As I was driving along a main street in Mattoon, I happened to look down a side road and saw...
...this.
So, of course, I went around the block and took a picture from the opposite direction. The man must love signs! I can't remember ever seeing this many in one place.
And then I saw this building in a small town called Janesville. His sign collection isn't quite as impressive as the other fella's, but impressive none the less.

It's Friday for all you working folks, like me, out there. Yay! Happy Friday!

  2. I've always wanted one sign above the bedpost..."Slippery when Wet"...but Bud never approved. [kidding]

Happy Friday to you work-a-holic, you.

  9. The second one is arranged more artistically, with nice spaces between the signs so you can see them well. Teenagers around here used to steal street signs and put them up in their bedrooms.

  13. "Sticky fingers" or rejects, I wonder?! (Thinking along the same lines as EG CameraGirl and TexWisGirl.)

That's sure a load of 'em!

    Happy weekend to you -

  14. If they put up enough signs, then they don't ever have to paint. Good catch.

  19. Wow! What a store! We had one near us like this, but it has gone out of business.
I love your pup's toy! Hubby buys the cats and endless amount of toys, but they do end up lost, or under things.
Once, Daisy caught her front paw claws under the stove. I had to lift the stove to get her unstuck. It was scary as I nearly dropped the stove... Joys of pet ownership!
