This is Punky Doodle trying to coax Ms. Cow out of her house.
As we moved on, Ms. Cow came out and followed us along the fence...
...to this section of fence. Where she stopped and started shaking her head up and down in a scary kind of way. We thought perhaps she was telling us she needed milked.
A couple of days later, she posted a pic of her new baby. You can see the sweet babe HERE.
This coming weekend is the Fall Frolic. I think I might try to stop in and visit her new babe. Wonder what kind of gift one gives a calf?

awww...sweet house and sweet calf. I love to see the little ones trotting right next to mama along with the herd.
that baby cow is adorable.. thanks for the link and your photos are wonderful.. i love cows and would have been petting her.
The baby cow is so cute, so is the mama!
she's a pretty one. the calf is cute, too. :)
I am looking at Ms. Cow's engorged udder and thinking to myself ... engorged udder and giving birth at the same time ... that sounds painful. At least people don't engorge until after birth. This is a really cute story Roan, an adorable Ms Cow with her baby ... And, not to forget, a very cool fence :)

What a cute face! Nice shots.
She's a sweetheart!
Awwww, so cute. How about a bit of apple?
Very sweet and the shots of the little one was so cute too.
A cow with a Facebook page. Cute. And so is that babe.
A cow that has her own facebook page...wow! :-) LOVE the new little calf, and there's no wonder the poor cow wasn't too comfortable during your visit. Would so love to go there! Great photos!
So happy to have met them, thanks for sharing. Great photos, what a fun life indeed.
She is pretty! I think she likes company! Great fence shots! Enjoy your day!
I am sitting here thinking, I've never heard anyone named Cow and then it dawns on me - da!
First I must say I love the cows name. She's a beauty and her little calf is totally adorable. Great shots of both her and the fence. I enjoyed your post very much.
oh phyllis is cute and her baby is adorable! miss phyllis must be one smart cow to have her own facebook page! :)
This is a fun post. The new little calf is a cutie but i don't know how Phyllis didn't manage to knock her fence down...

...a gift? Just a sweet pat on that wonderful soft nose!!! It'd be a pleasure to both newborn AND you. [If you're anything like I am, I love the soft leathery noses!!!]
Such a cutie the calf is.
LOVE your fence post. LOL...a play on words? No...it just came out that way.
I really like Ms. Cow, such a sweet heart - as all cows are.
She is so pretty, and very curious, too! And she has a whole cabin as her home, not a huge barn. Gifts for a calf...how about a fancy cow bell?
She is a beautiful cow! She definitely was trying to tell you something, though! If only we knew what!
Great shots of old fashioned fences.
Awwww... That's sweet.
The mother cow is definitely keeping an eye on that is going on around her.
Delightful! Congratulations to Mrs. Cow!
Great fences and I love the cow. Congrats on her new baby. She looks lovely.
