Rubbish Tuesday #30

More drive by shootings. I apologize profusely, as it seems I'm always doing, for not being around much. I've been busy with family, work, and now getting ready for the holiday, so I doubt I will be around much this week either. So here I am apologizing in advance for slow comments.

Above is a caboose at the end of a parked train. It's rare to see a caboose these days. This one looks rather old.

Another drive by of an old barn up on a hill.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you will join in the fun.

My idea was to have a place to post 'old things'. Anything old
and/or deteriorating such as, but not limited to, old houses, barns, outbuildings, old cars, rusty things, antiques, interesting junk, or it can be something in pristine condition, but just old.

1. Link to a post featuring photos of something old.
2. Link back to Rubbish by Roan in your post.
3. As time allows, visit other participants and comment on their posts.

I like cabooses, and this is the most streamlined one I have seen. I hope you just forget about your blog for this week and enjoy the holiday. No stress, just thankfulness.

I like that caboose! I wonder what the plural of that word is. Cabeese?? Anyway, I know what you mean about being too busy to do the visiting and commenting you'd like. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I would have to agree, one hardly ever sees a caboose these days. Nice and bright!

Try not to work too hard this week. Hope you and yours have a very enjoyable Thanksgiving.

Cute, I miss those little red or any other color caboose that used to be at the end. That car was always my favorite.

Lovely barn and that bright red caboose. I have been slow in commenting also, so I do understand. It's a busy time of year. Hope you have a very Happy Thanksgiving!

That is a neat-looking caboose! My grandfather is very much into trains, so I like to see the railroad part of the world as well! :)

I don't remember the last time I saw a caboose. They were one of my favorite things about trains! Beautiful barn scene!

I like both your photos! The red pops so brightly. Don't worry about being around blogland--I understand when real life gets priority, and it should! I know you will get around to commenting when you have time, so don't let it make you crazy.
