The Bird D'Pot

So why is it the only birds I can get a halfway decent picture of are red-winged blackbirds! I guess it's because they don't mind getting close enough to yell at me. Here she is, at it again!

This same evening, I saw a Scarlett Tanager in the mulberry tree, but of course, no proof!

That's funny because I rarely see them. Lots of starlings, though!

Wow! Great photos! We are opposite then. They are the only bird I am NOT able to snap.

You might want to take a look and maybe delete one of your comments. Gosh, this has been going to so many of my friends blogs, and he won't go away.

She does look like she's being pretty vocal! :-) Great shots! Just be happy you get pictures of the redwings. One day some other bird will surprise and delight you, though!

Red wing females are just as loud and bossy as the males. :))

I saw my first scarlet tanager in a mulberry tree too! I think these are great ones of these vociferous birds.
